Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the designated return address provided, using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RA number on the package.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
